Live free or DIE

Soon we shall be heading up to the great state of NH to do some backpacking. The goal is to climb Mt. Whiteface and Mt. Passaconaway on Saturday, camp overnight, then hike the Middle and North Tripyramid on Sunday. This will be 4 more 4000ers to add to our 4000 list, while our friends lists is nearing completion. On our AT hike, a mountain over 4000 feet is not very challenging in the South and we climbed plenty over 4000, 5000, and even 6000. But up here in the North, hiking all the 48 peaks in NH above 4000 feet is quite a challenge and accomplishment. Joyful and I are excited to get back to NH, to see the beautiful White Mountains, and to do some backpacking again.
