Almost there

The lease has been signed, the first month has been paid for, the internet is ordered, and the U-HAUL has also been ordered. On Wednesday we will get our keys and sleep in the apartment for the first time! Ok, so we will have zero furniture and will be sleeping in sleeping bags, but it will still be our first night in our place!

Thanksgiving was the typical affair. Good food, watching football, and throwing the football around. My brother and I also climbed up to the "ledge" to get a view of the CT countryside in full autumn swing. With all the family being around, or at least not far away, all the ladies got together today for my sisters baby shower. This will be the first grandchild so my parents are excited. At any rate, my Dad, Uncle, Brother, and myself got away to bowl some frames. 125,165, and 182, not a bad three games considering I haven't bowled in a while.

It was very warm out today and I wanted to ride the motorcycle, but I didn't get to. I did ride it last Saturday though. I think that instead of winterizing it I will try to start it up every month, being that I will only be 5 minutes away from it.

So hopefully my next post will be from our new place!
